I have been sitting in front of screens constantly for over 25 years. I am extremely pedantic with how I want screens to be.
This screen is probably one of the best things I bought in my life. It has everything I will ever need.

The ONLY negative is that along the edges (0.5 cm) the screen becomes just slightly darker. Not noticeable if you don't think about it. Have tested two screens and both with exactly the same disadvantage. However, this is something I have never been affected by at all.

Want to rate the screen 99/100.

If the screen won't break, I see little reason to ever change to something else.

Satisfied with the screen, but for that price (~ 10,000 SEK) I expected more. Is very positive to say about the screen, but I will list below the problems I encountered.

    - Only two inputs. DP and HDMI. For that price, they could squeeze in more gates.

    - The displayport cord that hung with it did not give a picture. Didn't change to another one I had lying around for it to work. However, the cable worked on one of my other screens. Not sure why it didn't work in the X34.

Update: Nowadays native resolution is supported via HDMI. Don't know if it is an OSX update that fixed it, but fixed it is.

Amazing screen in every way! Was very afraid to buy an IPS panel when you heard several horror stories about backlight bleed and IPS glow. However, nothing I notice on this screen. Maybe even had luck with my copy :)

This is my first ultrawide and I just have to say "wow". Games with support for 21: 9 look absolutely incredible. The screen also has g-sync and a refresh rate of 100 hz (120 with OC) so everything flows on very well. However, did not dare overclock to 120hz than when I heard that many had problems with the screen. However, for my needs 100 hz is good and good. Anyone who is looking for higher may want to look at another screen.

Movies and series look good, but you have to be prepared for "pillowboxing" when most things are played in 16: 9. I also come from a VA panel was afraid that the image quality and contrast ratio would be noticeably worse, but the difference is minimal and colors look lifelike.

Plus it also gets for all ergonomic settings and rgb lights under the screen. The support also breathes quality and feels very stable.

Overall a very good screen, though very expensive. But for those who have 10,000 over it is recommended!

Extremely satisfied with this monitor, may recommend tracking Sweclocker's video on this ultrawide monitor. And the difference between IPS, VA and TN panels so you get a sense of what the difference is before buying. Do not buy a monitor for 10K before you know what it is for the monitor.

In my case, IPS is the way to go, many complain about backlight bleed but nothing I noticed directly and think that on my copy it is minimal. If there is still a very expensive screen, there are better alternatives if you look at 16: 9 instead. However, 21: 9 is a very unique experience.

only drive with GTX1070 and an old AMD FX Cpu and max most things steadily. the witcher 3 still at 60fps without drops.

Bought it on the black friday for 9990 and without a doubt it is worth it. Did not think the difference between my old 1440p (dell2715) screen would be so big but actually ... Now you can have two windows bridvid each other without a problem. Incredibly much space. Has calibrated the screen and now it also works well for image editing. Also there is ultra wide perfectly, I think I can have the image centered on the screen and plenty of room for menus on the sides. When it comes to games: This is my first g-sync screen and it also makes a very big difference. Has "only" a 1070th and when fps dips under 60, the image still feels soft and fluid. IPS glow is inevitable on such a screen but is not significantly disturbed by it. However, it has some backlight bleed at the outermost edges that you can see when the screen is completely dark, so you're sensitive to it, it may be worth checking out before buying.
