    My wife order a bottle of EDT as a Christmas present (Gucci Made To Measure 90ml EDT, order number AUS39412) and it was incorrectly packed for a trip by plane to Australia. The packaging said to keep it upright but the perfume bottle was packed with the bottle lying on its side, contrary to the box labelling! With the low air pressure in a plane, the bottle leaked out about half its contents.
    I texted the company on receipt of the packaging with photographs attached but never heard back.
    I then wrote to the company's Contact Us address with the same information but again no reply.
    I then used the company's website Contact Us page with the same result. No reply.
    Finally I wrote to the Commerce Commission NZ ([email protected]) and they replied that they couldn't help!
    The result is we have been ghosted by the company and let down by the NZ government site.
    This has put me off ordering anything from a NZ company. There is no comeback if there is a problem.

    PerfumeNZ is a fraud, they sell convincing copy (fake) product imported mostly from India and they sell them as original and authenticate product,
    When I bought from them first time I was doubtful as smell felt funny , second time I got one original bottle and compare the smell with the one they sent me , it became crystal clear that is not original and smell was .... Off! Then I checked their packaging after doing a bit of research, (Check you tube for specific brand) I realised that I have been scammed! Be warned the copy products they are selling looks very much the same as original , the only way you can tell is when you have an authentic original perfume in hand to compare it with, THEN YOU WILL SEE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED !

    Goods took a week and a half to arrive because of a courier problem (New Zealand Couriers). Asked for a refund and cancel while it was lost, nope not getting a refund, you have to wait for it to arrive. After I bought (and received) the item from another company it finally arrived from the Brand Outlet. They offered me a refund if I paid to return the goods. No thanks, and no thinks in future.

    Fake perfume. Says you can’t return the perfume of the plastic has been taken off the box. But once you open it is when you see it’s fake. Literally had black dust floating in it and was completely the wrong colour

    This business is a scam. They state that their food boxes are ready and available to ship but once you place an order shipping takes up to 10 days to arrive. This affects VULNERABLE New Zealanders people are starving and you guys are scamming them. Shame on you! This company needs to be shut down!

    They dispatched 1 item 4 days after I placed order. And only after I bombarded them with emails. And I live 3 hours drive away from Hawkes Bay.

    6 days to deliver from the time I ordered.

    The stock list is mediocre. You get your cheap Warehouse fragrances. But not many more. They tend to sell the better fragrances at retail price. Which is a joke!

    I usually buy fragrances from (dispatch same or next day) delivered 2 days after ordering.

    I recommend buying fragrances at Better prices, better inventory and SUPER FAST delivery.

    They sent a harvest box on monday, by wednesday the courier had “lost” it and for the next 2 days I contacted them multiple times for some help as the food items were urgent for people in isolation. They were not responding by email so we contacted them on facebook. They deleted our comment because it reflected bad on the business. They finally sent an email and said they were too busy to respond. We are awaiting a refund. Terrible customer service
