    They removed an item from my order - the only item I actually wanted, had just ordered an additional item to justify the freight cost. As soon as they let me know they had done it, I requested a full refund of the whole order as I didn't require the other item. They shipped it anyway. Then went back and forth for 2 days ARGUING with me, not addressing my issue and basically providing terrible customer service. Won't be bothering with them again - they just sell items from Wish.com anyway, you can buy everything from there if you're willing to wait. And at least Wish will actually ship what you order!

    Great service. Bought a tablet screen protector through them which was promptly posted - then lost by NZ Post (who were completely useless in tracking down the parcel). GeekStore sent me a replacement - no cost and no hassle (it did come weeks later after I'd exhausted all avenues with NZ Post and I was forced to get Geekstore back in the loop).

    Phone case arrived in hood time. Was happy enough with the look of the case but the magnetic catch was very weak and would barely stay shut with just my phone in it. It was advertised as a 3 card wallet phone case but as soon as I put any cards in it wouldnt close at all. Contacted geekstore but not interested.

    Brought two phone cases, arrived on time - one was good and as described. While the other has been a complete nightmare. Faulty cut-out for camera and fingerprint sensor. Submitted a refund request the day after receiving, no response. Had to send a couple of online messages before I got an email reply back asking for proof of fault.
    Asked for a refund and was told to send the faulty product back. On their website, it says they will provide collection via courier but they have not done so nor responded to further email for a few days now.
    TBH, I believe the cost of return and sending a replacement should be on the shop, as they sent out a clearly faulty product.
    Poor customer service, and response - would definitely avoid them. Better to order off Aliexpress.
    I'm either going to use the Consumer Guarantees protection or ask my credit card company to reverse the charge!
    Avoid at all cost!

    Fair enough with the quality and price. Contrary to other feedback mine got delivered on time even with this covid19 pandemic and am happy with their products and parcel communication.

    the webpage said “DELIVERY WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS” which was a key reason for ordering from them.
    the post-order email said “this order will be processed in 1-2 working days normally”.
    reality is that after 2 full business days there has been no progress on my order.
    multiple emails have gone without response for 2 days too.
    i managed to find a phone number (not listed on their webpage) but no answer and can't even leave a message as the voice mail box is full - i fear i am not alone!

    Unfriendly and unhelpful. I ordered two items and after paying for them I realized I needed another item so e-mailed the Geek Store asking if they could add that item to my order, and I would pay them by direct bank transfer ($5 extra). Got a reply from "Frank" saying cannot do that and I must place a new order ... at $9+ post extra. Their order confirmation says that the order will be processed in 1 - 2 working days. I placed my order on a public holiday and the e-mail from "Frank" came to me well before even 24 hours had passed by. Also not yet received confirmation that my order has shipped. So it is entirely possible to add the extra item to my order but "Frank" refused. NOT consumer friendly or helpful at all. Will not recommend trading with this company for this reason.

    Almost a scam. Terrible Store - Very poor quality products/knock offs. A refund for $6 will turn into an investigation. Items are advertised with misleading statements. They do not respect customers or how to operate in the NZ market. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH GEEK STORE

    I bought goods on TradeMe and paid immediately.
    A week later, the goods are not shipped and THEY have complained to TradeMe about ME - because they can't find my payment in their bank a/c!
    Shop with them at your peril.

    Ordered phone case on a Tuesday. One week later it arrived. Was sent on Thursday afternoon after stating overnight delivery. Finally got my case for the r15 pro but they blacked out the lable with was for an iPhone 6 plus. Phone doesn't fit the case , it falls out. False advertising. I would be careful ordering from here as you don't get what you want. Never using geekstore again.

    I ordered an item which was stated as "In Stock" (28/8/12). After making the order and paying for it, I receive an update saying it's out-of-stock and is "Awaiting Stock". However, on going back to the site over the next few days and clicking on that item, it's still labelled as "In Stock".
    That is extremely misleading. It's not fair to say it's in stock when it's not just to get people to buy from them!
    It is pretty obvious that if an item is labelled as out-of-stock, people will look elsewhere.

    Update 20/9/12: Item still "Awaiting Stock" despite being listed as "In Stock" on the product information page. WTF, eh???

    Good price and good communication.

    Although the goods turned up a little late (8 days after order), it was on backorder, so it was reasonable.
