For someone who has a hard time motivating themselves to exercise in ordinary cases, this is definitely the rescue. It is a rather humorous role-play that also flashes to the fact that those who play this game probably had bad experiences of sports and training in the past. It also motivates one to train all muscle groups in a smart way. Highly recommended, especially to anyone who is sitting still!

Really fun! If you are someone who wants to exercise but does not have time to go to the gym, then this is perfect. The RPG mechanics make every exercise fun and exciting.

I usually train relatively regularly, but this game makes me shiver and sweat like ***.

If the goal is to build muscle then this is probably not an optimal choice (the gym is probably best then), but if you just want to keep going (and improve) your fitness and endurance for the whole body then this is a fantastic complement to the gym. Especially if you are a busy parent like me and do not want to spend more than an hour in total on the training.

Highly recommend this to anyone who likes games and wants to get started or keep up with their workout.

Fun idea and as well executed a training game can be. I got really sweaty after the first world despite being in decent shape, which at the moment is mileage at type 55 min and weighs my weight at 65 kg. Trained on the hardest but are thinking of lowering a snap.

Not the best game in itself (but still entertaining enough so far) and you probably get bigger muscles from lifting heavy at a gym and better stamina from running but you don't like to exercise or like to jump and do exercises yourself in front tv it can definitely be a nice complement to a good lifestyle.

I was worried it would be too easy for me, and I have to say it wasn't. One advantage is that it is full body training. Great educational explanations about each exercise, stretching, etc.

The price of around 800-900 I think is a bit high.

If you want to try something new for you to start losing workout routine or if you want to try to start exercising but not getting started then I can definitely recommend this product. But I think for my part that the risk is quite high that the interest is lost after a while and that the game will not pass. But we will see. Updates in that case. :)
