The clock seems very good and I was really tagged on it. But when I got it home and put it on my wrist, it looked really sudden with its small bell size and narrow bracelets. I am 1.85 and pretty normal, and on me the watch looks like a girl model. Certainly smooth during training but wanted it even everyday. Might be a Fenix or similar instead ..

There are many great features and benefits of this watch. There's nothing I miss.

The clock is very good except for screen resolution (240x240). The colors are pale in my eyes, yellow colors appear orange. Besides this is battery life, accurate reading of the pulse on the wrist in a separate class. Garmin is in my opinion one of the very best on heart rate / sports watches.

Went from Apple Watch 4 to this and of course it is very pushy but you do not accidentally do something on the screen and the measurement is interrupted during training. Do not know if it is possible to change but pity to stretch, real-time pace, time is the only thing shown. Wanted a pulse too but then you have to push down and only pulse is displayed. Surely there is a Widget that solves it?

Good that this summer you do not have to bring your mobile when you run. But first you have to start Spotify and then go back and start running. Could have been easier. However, it lacks Apple Music but it will do well with Spotify.

Coming back when I tested some more. And very good that Garmin has a browser and works for Android. Apple watch is completely dependent on an updated iPhone.

My first heart rate watch that I bought in October 2019. Have since purchased it daily and am really satisfied. Mostly practice athletics, which you notice is not really adapted for. But when running, it is superb. It quickly finds satellites when you start the workout, which allows you to start training immediately without having to wait.

    Weight Training
Recommends having a heart rate band when exercising at the gym. It has a little harder to measure the exact heart rate when working for a short period of time and stretches the wrists when lifting the barbell / dumbbells. But there is a problem that is with all heart rate watches. Otherwise, during the workout it is very easy to register the reps and weight directly in the watch during the workout, which avoids the training diary.

If you run longer distances, the clock is sufficient, as it reads the pulse well. If you run a lot of intervals like I do, I recommend you also have a heart rate band. This is because the watch does not have to measure the pulse of the wrist during short intensive work periods. After the pass, you get a huge amount of information through the app.

Here I have noticed that the clock has a little difficulty keeping up with how many lengths you have been swimming. Usually it is 1-2 lengths ahead. Tip is to split the time after 10 lengths, it makes it better to keep track of the lengths. Measures the wrist pulse during swimming effortlessly. You can edit the number of lengths in the app after the pass, but it is important to count all lengths and not blindly rely on what the clock says.

Overall, I am very pleased with the watch and can recommend it to those who are considering buying it. Can't write anything about Spotify, as I haven't used that feature yet. Update comes when I do.

+ Works well, has tested running bike and swimming. Measures pulse well.

    - The price.
    - Had hoped for a little better battery life.

The last one I had was a fr235 but I managed to crack the glass on it so it had to be a 245m instead. Am really happy so far. Very nice to be able to leave the phone at home and still be able to listen to music from Spotify via the clock. Admittedly, it is worse sound, especially if you want to listen to the maximum volume. Don't know if it has to do with the quality of how playlist is saved from Spotify.

The clock has worked well and has a lot of information about the running pass.
