Edit: Lowers the grade when the GPS has poor precision (also set to high precision). This makes it difficult to match segments on Strava. / End of edit

Have had the clock for a few days now and are so far satisfied.

Battery life is perfectly OK: Charged fully at lunchtime on Saturday, drove an MTB pass for just over an hour with Strava running (GPS and heart rate measurement on) had it on until Sunday and measured sleep etc.. drove a 45 minute walk with Strava running (GPS and heart rate measurement on) on Sunday afternoon. Then had 23% charge left.

Spotify is available and works both online and offline.

The only minus so far is that Google Assistant doesn't exist and Bixby sucks (can't even speak Swedish).

Good watch for that price. Have had it for just under 2 months now and the battery is perfectly ok. Have recharged in the evening, then ski for 2 full days and have about 20% left in the morning on day 3. Thinks it is good with about 6 hours of training in the cold both days. Unfortunately there is no skiing in the app but could use cycling instead. Swimming works very well, senses swimming methods and the length of the pool as well as the number of swims / lengths. Record the number of lengths and times. Even during swimming, I think the heart rate measurement works well.
What I miss is speakers, had a Gear S3 before and when skiing it is good to be able to answer the phone right in the clock. Now you have to remove the mitt and fish up the phone.
The glass is even more exposed to this, the old bell had the housing ring that protected the glass somewhat. Can imagine that there can easily be scratches and possible damage to this over time.

It is marketed as a watch for the active. But is rather for the passive. It works well for reading notifications from the mobile, like vibrating and silent alarm clock in the morning, reasonably good as a pedometer. But not at all for training. At least not if you want to keep track of your heart rate. I have relatively saggy arms and wrists, but it is still lousy to feel my heart rate, even when my heart is pounding and I am over 140 bpm.

With what I know today I would probably think an extra time before I bought it. I'm really happy with most of the rest though.

Edit: Used it for about six months.
Edit 2: Have noticed that the heart rate monitor works much better if I tighten the bracelet properly. Raises to 7/10.

I have owned it for about 3 months now. Battery life is abysmal despite auto on wifi. Last night it was on 78% battery when I started airplane mode to save battery, now today (without having it on me) it is down to 36%. Thus, despite these battery-saving measures, it has consumed 42% battery. Completely abysmal. The Galaxy watch app is okay. To access steps, kcal, sleep statistics, etc., use the SamsungHealth app. I have heard that the app would work better in Android phones and I really hope that in Iphone X it is completely useless. Steps etc sync it fairly often but sleep statistics work 1 out of about 30 times (although the apps can get up and running and refresh a lot of times they don't want to update sleep statistics). Certainly not a premium watch and with that being said it is worth a maximum of SEK 1000 (if you can live with features that do not work, type ever). Bad Samsung, very bad.

Very easy to wear and really something that has encouraged me to move more often which was the intention of the purchase.

The battery life is ok and is about 36-48 hours, more at the low end if you take several walks during the day. The notifications work well and otherwise I am very pleased with the purchase. Had one month and used it daily.

A little uncertain about sleep registration because the clock usually shows that I have 0-15 minutes deep sleep per night which I doubt is true.

    Overall, incredibly satisfied.

My first smart watch doesn't have much experience of it.
But it shows all my notifications without any problem which I was looking for.
One plus to have Samsung Pay with and it works great though you don't have a Samsung phone, which some reviews I read before said was a requirement.
The heart rate measurement and the pedometer are not perfect, it is important for you, this is not the perfect watch.
Maybe a future update can improve it.
For me, the battery lasts two days usually so nothing has to complain about there.
As long as you can handle a whole day without problems, I am satisfied.

Certainly good as a smart watch but poor as a training clock because it does not work with an external pulse belt which is required for several types of training sessions in order for the pulse to be correct. Was forced to return the watch because of this.

Have had my Samsung Galaxy watch Active for four days now is really happy! It's my first smart watch and didn't really know what to expect. So far, I have nothing negative to say. There are lots of different exercise programs, heart rate monitors, sleep gauges, step meters, stress gauges, etc. Exciting to see how the stress meter says that it is time to take a break at work or when you have been sitting for a long time and need to move.

I really recommend it to both active people and less active (like myself).

The first smart watch, but is very pleasantly surprised by how fast it is and how long the battery life actually is. Fantastic display sharpness and responsive touch. Has used it a lot during the first few days, and when the second day was over it was 8% left of the battery. Very smooth charger too.

Spotify finally came back in the Galaxy Store after being missing for 3 weeks. Not yet been able to test offline mode yet.

With WatchMaker and Tasker in the phone, I get exactly the information I want in my watchface as well.

Have the features I sought. Quite ok battery life, easy to navigate and fast.

Very displeased. Spotify is not available in the Galaxy Store, so all the talk that you can save playlists offline to listen to without your mobile nearby is pure bullshit at the moment.
Considering strongly to leave back because of this.
