Acquired this after having Onkyo TX-SR608 for many years

The reason for the change was that I fell for the format, wifi and all the built-in functions and so I have got for myself that marantz has good quality and gives good sound in both film and music ..

Unfortunately, I cannot compare the sound as I switched to smaller speakers at the same time and since these are not even recorded yet, I will return to that bit ..

Hope there is sound pressure enough for my Q acoustic 3020i iaf =)

The functions deliver as expected and you can stream via Wifi and use airplay etc etc ..

    Some pluses:

    The size

    good with outputs and connections
good setup and clear menus as well as good setting options etc.

    A few minus:

    Plastic & unnecessarily large remote
The same design as 1601 which is almost 10 years old but I guess the content counts
Good calibration and sound when watching movies
the biggest minus is still the app and a direct bad update of it since it obviously is in great need of improvement so it feels like marantz shit pretty hard in this despite certainly many had desired improvement ..

    Have had this 6 months.
Undo bitterly I changed my onkyo to get HDR.

    + Little
    + Good sound in film.

    - Weak effect for music.
    - Say in menus. Takes 5 seconds before menu appears.
    -Disconnects with Spotify and remote.
    - Large and bulky remote control.
