If you are an avid Fallout fan, I think it's worth buying. Sure there are some bugs but nothing that is serious. The world is among the best with very interesting places. The game I think keeps a steady line with previous Fallout games.

Bought the game with very low hopes, was actually pleasantly surprised despite the shortcomings.

The story is far from fantastic, but not quite abysmal. Hopefully much better when the npc update comes. Much crafting in the game, more survival element than in fallout 4. You have to find weapons / armor / building plans to create them, some require perks (can be perceived as frustrated, or as extra challenge). The map is great, much to explore. Many terminals and notes for those who want to get down in lore.

There are still some bugs but nothing catastrophic about what I encountered. There is potential here for more content and improvements that bethesda has in the plans. Most negative is that the game still feels a bit empty due to lack of npc at the moment. The graphics engine they could pull something old over, but as long as the gameplay is ok, I will probably plow many hours into this. Not encountered any fellow players yet who have gone around and made life miserable for others. Good collaboration at live events. However, at the time of writing I am lvl 23 with about 20-25h playing time so have not moved in end game zones of the map yet.

If you have not played previously fallout games before, I can absolutely see why this can be seen as uninteresting. But for those who played fallout 4 and are looking for more, this is a good game.

Have the game since the BETA stage. There is no story, no NPC just a lot of small assignments without meaning. Sickly buggy spawn system when enemies get level after the player's level of players. This means that you may suddenly have to jump out when all enemies are 30-50 levels over you. Bad system for flaking. The positive is that it is Fallout environment.

I've never seen anything like it in the gaming market like Fallout 76 ... What happened to Bethesda. How could this be?

Did not buy at release as it seems to be a bug party but its like and was not worth 500+ SEK then.
So bought it cheap first for about 2 weeks ago and it has been very trouble-free and fun to play. Some single physics and graphics bugs and 3-4 crashes and disconnections of about 50 hours of playing.

Feels very fate and submits quests with lots of dialogue from npc's. But Fallout 76 is crammed with story and lore if you can take the time and read and examine stuff.

But the game is drawn with the ancient engine that puts a lot of spanner in the wheel. Wish Bethesda could only retire it and buy a sensible one instead.

For the price it is today, I think Fallout 76 is easily worth it. Hope they also patches and fixes further and adds more content.
I'm not so much for PvP especially in the fallout world and with this clumsy graphics engine.

What on the whole is holding Bethesda on ... This is a shame for the computer game industry.

Missing the old fallout where you played alone and without bug and that it loses the connection to the server.

The game can not be played. Everything is broken. Should not be sold.

This is an embarrassing example of what big game developers think they can escape. No, not in 2018.

The game is a bugfest without its like, the story does not exist and the depth is like trying to dive into a water pool.

Loved Fallout 3, New Vegas and thought the 4th was OK. But 76 is to tease their fans in the face.

Has been a Fallout fan since Fallout 3. Unlike many others, I thought it was a good idea to make an online game. Missed it very much in Fallout 4. Felt a bit wasted to spend 20+ hours building an impressive settlement that no one else could see or be interested in.

Has played Fallout 76 a part now and I definitely do not regret that I got it. Have had a lot of friends to play with and that makes the game so much better!

Certainly there are some bugs, but they think they will eventually settle.

Fallout 76 is not a terrible game but far from perfect. Bethesda could easily spend more time fixing bows and small game details before releasing this game.

I've played Fallout 76 quite tightly and without any random or friends and managed to trap my first nuke. I've had a lot of fun during this time BUT it has not been easy because the game is way too limited with caps (the difficult economy), low carry weight, level requirment, stachbox limit and bugar. There are many occasions where I have been frustrated and angry because of these.

But what I've liked with Fallout 76 is the open world, CAMP that allows you to build a base anywhere, the trade system with other players and the new peark card system.

Fallout 76 could be described as a failed attempt on a Bethesda co-op / multiplayer game, proving that Bethesda is going to stick to single-player games instead of multiplayer.

Buy this game when it falls below $ 300 and after some bug fixes.

Have played this game a lot since it was released about a week ago. Was very negative initially due to rotten restrictions (unable to set FOV, frame rate cappat on 63 etc), lots of bugs and it felt fate of having no NPCs.

However, I must dare say that the game has grown on me, it's very fun to play with others and the Fallout feel is really there. Do they like to dare try something new (who has not been craving to play Fallout multiplayer?)

Can I think of raising the rating if they patch up the most annoying bugs, Bethesda seems to be responsive, so looks promising.
