The connection to Dice's servers is interrupted from time to time despite high bandwidth.
Very often poorly balanced teams which kills the tension in the matches ..
skins clothing and colors on weapons put Dice on more importance than the gaming experience itself.
Where did bf take the road ??

I just have to say of all the battlefield games dice have done so this is the buggy and least worth the money. SP is okay but MP is pure shit. A lot of bugs and some servers plus the new spotting system is the most dumbest dice I have done. It was good as it was dice!

    Firestorm could be better.

My ratings on this game will be:
    Single player: 4/5
    Multiplayer: 1/5
    Firestorm: 3/5

Dice will surely fix the game over time, but it is a shame that it should be on this note I think. Feels a little sour.

If someone is going to buy this game. Take care when it's on sale because it's not worth much else.

If you want to buy on pc it is more worth buying Origin access I think. Because then you get a lot of games where Battlefield V is included.

Be skeptical of BFV because of all PK trams. Waited until it was sold (SEK 349). Was surprised. it feels like a classic BF game, fun! Much better than bf1. Pretty fun with firestorm too!

Oh my God what has EA done with the battlefield series.
The tracks are way too much to get tired of the game.

Team Deathmatch is a pure joke completely useless

If this is to happen during the Second World War, where did Russia, Japan, Italy, USA, take the road ??? The fact that one does not even have with the nations included in the game is unsettled when they are to play during the Second World War

EA has again managed to destroy something good ...

Thank you I know asked Company 1 and 2 they were stuff they compared to this lubricant.

History is history it is not possible to write about had you kept the game reasonably authentic so it would probably have improved.

EA and their filthy market strategies combined with half-finished games are a shame for the entire gaming market. This applies to all their titles in the last 5 years.

    Very fun, and that's important!

Yes, there are some bugs left, but for me it has not been so dangerous that it disturbed the game a lot. The menus are also unnecessarily confusing, but the gaming mechanics are really good and that has made me already play more hours than during the entire BF1 lifetime! Finally back to a Battlefield that feels like BF3 and BF4 in my opinion.

Forget all the debates around gender and politization of games. This is just the worst battlefield ever (including Hardline) it's just not fun playing. It's frustrating, it looks cartooni (like someone made a child friendly version of ww2). Is buggy (but that's a typical thing) and feels "arcady" if you're in or under the age of 10 and it doesn't regret it. Otherwise avoid it and buy battlefield 4

After it became a meme to hate BFV and that Dice jumped on the PK train, I had very low expectations for BFV.
When I nevertheless took a risk and bought the game anyway, I was very pleasantly surprised. Clearly, the game has a much higher skill limit than previous games.

+ The sliding mechanism is very important to me and the best and most skill-based late BF3.
+ no pay2win ALL in the game. Only cosmetic items can be purchased.
    + Very beautiful graphics
    + Moves better than BF1 on min i5-4690k + gtx780. Usually constant 80-100FPS.

+/- It takes time to get used to the new shooting and gaming mechanics. In BF1 I am normally top 3 on the server, but the first few days in BFV I have been on the lower third.
    - Badly bad user interface In the menus. Have honestly found it hard to believe other than that they deliberately made them unintuitive because during my past 20 years as a gamer the menus are the worst I have seen.
    - There are many different bugs left to iron out.

However, expect that they will be fixed in the future, but this should not have to wait for.

Update: Still many bugs and when they roll out updates, EA has so cash servers that I download in 0.1MB / s despite 500/500 fiber.
  • Barely acceptable

Sometimes very neat but taking too many bugs, feels more like an arcade game with one
slashed path than classic a battlefield game.

Got it in the same vein as I bought a new graphics card.
Damn what beautiful game is if you run full teat on everything.

Not a fad interested in online but only running it for the story.
Much whine about PK, but I just think it was a bit fun to play as those who were in the dark during the Second World War.
Yes, everything is not historically correct but if that is what you are looking for then you can sit and jerk in front of the history channel or some documentary on youtube instead.

Amazingly beautiful surroundings, good pressure in the sound, good feeling in the arms. Some bugs here o there but nothing that has ruined the experience.

A big down step from BF1. Yes, netcode can feel pretty good, but the game is not fun. Trista paths, elaborate routines that do not add anything and far too much experimentation with TTK / TTL. You do that in a beta. The focus also seems to have been on completely wrong things in development. Writing about historical events to suit a political narrative is really tasteless. DICE, I have been one of your biggest fans since the start, but now you have gone astray.

Congratulations. Buy this and the first thing you will get is to add more money to get all the DLCs when the servers usually run these. EA has also made it messy for trying to confuse what's actually included in the packages. Previously, you could buy a premium package with all DLCs but now it's not that easy. You do not take the world through to be honest and treat your customers well.

Battlefield V is the new chapter in the famous saga of DICE that, after the success achieved with Battlefield 1, tries to introduce some improvements within a very similar formula. Among the new features is a Battle Royale mode not yet available but that will complete the package in early 2019.

The plot of war events is told, also in this chapter, through some events that the historical chronicle often puts in the background compared to others but, on balance, they are equally important in the resolution of a war conflict. The campaign mode is divided into different stories with various protagonists who, driven by different motivations, move the threads of the war. The missions guarantee a good level of challenge but you feel the lack of a logical thread that unites them, to the point of having the feeling that they are simply an accessory mode compared to multiplayer.

The multiplayer of Battlefield V is its real strength: frantic and well balanced. It is clear that, compared to the previous chapter, the programmers have focused a lot to deepen the sense of cooperation and belonging to a team. It will be necessary to mix the 4 existing classes within a team in order to achieve victory. The possibility of raising an ally in difficulty has instead been extended to all classes and is no longer peculiar to the role of doctor. The new mode "Large-scale Operations" is probably the most extensive mode ever seen in this series. Two factions of soldiers will battle each other in a lasting war and fought on different maps.

The technical division of Battlefield V is certainly a more than positive note. The textures created with a maniacal care even for the small details contribute to an identification that few competitors can guarantee, from the well-replicated cities to the most insignificant detail on weapons. The animations and the cinematic nature of the explosions are then only the icing on the cake of a concrete and rocky graphic sector, apart from some inaccuracies, for example in the animations of the corpses or in the absence of footprints in the snow and mud.

On the sound aspect Battlefield V alternates an excellent sampling of weapons and vehicles to a less convincing dubbing of the allies who make requests, too often with a volume value too high compared to the context of the sounds.

The character control system remains true to the tradition of PC and console fps. The real defect is to be identified by a little intuitive system of piloting the aircraft, definitely not very immediate and indeed, too cumbersome in the PC version.
In conclusion, Battlefield V is going to perfect some points left in half in Battlefield 1, accentuating even more cooperation and raising the frenzy of attacking actions, all to the benefit of fun and involvement. Unfortunately, a little in-depth single player mode and some small gaps complained during the review turn him away from being a perfect title. Battlefield V is available for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The game is very good and expectations have been met. It's a bit sad with any bugs and disturbances in the game, and female characters had not really made me anything (what's the problem?). I dare to wait a bit for the bugs and the disturbances to be remedied, I have patience ... but an extra plus on the edge had been about the bugs and the disturbances had been corrected before.

The game is not ready yet ..

Yes, all fans will say "yes, but they always say they solve the bugs over time."
Okay, but they're good for that?
Had they called it for a paid beta in the first half of the year there had been another thing.

Do not sell a semi-finished product and expect a good receipt. Marketing 101

Certainly at the level of BF4, and then you have to keep in mind that all BF is released with bugs, but it is patched and corrected over time to just get better and better.

The game and weapon sensation is phenomenal. I really liked it in BF1, but this feels completely different, in a positive way. Everything flows better, feels more real. The Frostbite engine is also not a snack - it's extremely difficult to find a better game engine that delivers all the wonderful warfare we see on the screen.

Now on December 4th, the game kicked off properly with Chapter 1, or "Tides of War" as it's called. The players will experience WWII from start to finish, and unlock new weapons, gadgets, weapons, costumes, vehicle skins, assignments, etc in a form of timeline. Each week, you will face new challenges, in addition to weapon and class assignments as well as dailies, which in turn generate experience points for unlockable goodies.

In other words, there is a really big carrot, as you unlock things next to all the time. The big reward spins quickly, and it's awesome fun!

If you are a total beginner, there is also an practice range where you can challenge yourself and 3 other friends if you wish. You can test all weapons, some vehicles, an airplane and the like. This will be expanded according to DICE so that there is much more content.

The game is, as most people know, really demanding. If you have a GTX1080 or equivalent and a pretty new i7, you'll still want to lower from ultra to medium / high to maximize the fps. Especially if you drive 4k! There is so much happening on the battlefields that a real monster can be hard at times. This will of course be optimized a little over time from both DICE / EA and Nvidia.

What I personally can complain about right now is the horrible blue background when you configure his set / equipment - the light just bother me ...
Some small bugs (which will be patched very soon) and that the surround sound of headphones may work a bit off with the footsteps sometimes.

    Otherwise a full pot.
You will not find any happier, more realistic or better war games at the moment - so easy it is.

You can take the low grades here with a pinch of salt. They are most likely from a freaky call of duty and fortnite snoris who have never played the game but just watched Youtube as fast as possible.

Thinking the game is fun to play, which is the most important after all. Sure there are some bugs but nothing that I think is gamebreaking. Would definitely be nice with more content, because it's a bit thin with maps, but supposedly, it should come with updates, which should be free with the standard version, which imo is a positive development for an EA game.

After a harsh marketing campaign, DICE has delivered the best Battlefield for many years. I've been playing BF since its inception (BF 1942) and is definitely of the opinion that this is the best since Battlefield 2.

In this game the focus is on group collaboration, realistic weapon management and health and ammunition restrictions. Parameters that really raise the experience.

The game is drawn with some bugs in the launch, but no excessive spill destruction. No DLC without everything will be included in the purchase (in addition to optional cosmetic items).

Has played about 50 hours and looks forward to many more. Can really recommend.

Played it a few hours, incredibly boring. Has nothing to do with previous BF games, not even One, which at least had some kind of structure.

This is just an extremely generic FPS game. Battlefield has fallen. DO NOT buy without first checking out if you think you like it. I wasted 550 kr on this sk ** one.

BF5 could have been a good game.

    I have played about 3000h in BF3 / BF4 / BF1

I really hate the shooting mechanism, making the whole game unplayable to me.
Something is damn wrong with BF4 & BF1, even when compared to BETAN is something terribly strange.
Do not know exactly how Dice destroyed the whole game against betan, sometimes it's worse than BF3 when suppression was screwed up to max.
BF1 was also no wonder but was consistent at all times, BF5 feels badly random and just strange. Feels like it stops registering my mouse sometimes, shit freaking out.

Is the reason for the low score, the shooting mechanism is 90% of an FPS game and I can not play BF5 because I hate it all over. Is a bother to shoot, lol ...

The menus and the interface are probably the worst I've seen since 2001, getting headache just I think about it.
If you want to experiment with different designs of your weapon, you must jump out of the game to change the weapon, completely crazy.

Takes about one to two weeks to finish a game, staring into a black screen.

The sound in the game is still at pre-alpha level, no audio is available and gives you zero information.
Without 3d spotting, sound is absolutely crucial and BF5 is a complete failure.
How hard is it to copy BF1 audio, save millions and had not been completely worthless.

The graphics are impressive but create the problem that you are completely blind, everyone is melting into the background.

Then the insta-death bug is back from BF4, it feels like.

Some things will be patched, but I will probably never update this review, when my Origin Access Junk expires, I will never play BF5 again.

Really sad game, tested it through Orgin Premium for $ 149 / month, type 5 days before pre-booked players could play it. right wrong only there. terminated the prize after 4 days because it now plays as COD when you are foot soldier, spawna, kill, die, spawna. The vehicle game is sick dry, the lanes are so small, so the vehicles feel more like a bit of biceps because you can not participate effectively in the battle or influence the match in particular. I played BF4 last and thought this would be alike, but it is not.

TLDR: Do you like COD, this is probably a game for you, for people who like BF4 this is not worth the money.

Dear BF5, you're almost as buggy as the release for BF4, as fun as BF3 and at least as good as BF1. (Miss you, bf2)

If you've been for a while, you know to play Battlefield when the release is unstable, expecting something else may not be wrong, but not so realistic. Unfortunately, today's game releases are filled with bugs, but they were also in the late 1990s too. Patches were released, but it actually lasted before they came out. Today, the developers are very quick to send out patches. In fact, many times, they actually need to let go of the game before they know what to fix, as Beta tests are not always enough.

    - The game is really good, really really good.

    - Menus and interfaces will be corrected over time, regardless of what you think should have been in launch. How to manage such a useless interface from the start is very interesting.

    - Bugs will be fixed.

    - Weapons and vehicle balances will be fixed

If you want a more stable game, wait a while, it will be worth the wait. If not, buy and have fun for what it is right now. Battlefield releases have been this way and will be a while, it does not matter right now.

    Play and have fun!

Best BF in the series and I've driven them all (For many hours in particular BF3 / BF4) There are, however, some bugs (as usual) and tweaks here and there Dice has to fix but it looks very promising!

The most important thing is that the shooting mechanism feels right and this is probably perfection! Wonderfully.

The menus are really overkill! They have made every effort to get it nice and missed the point of making quick choices. Hope they can implement pop-up menus that were in previous BF.
