Stylish and clearly better than my latest Garmin fr 620. Am not completely satisfied with the optical reading but I have so far only had it outdoors in minus degrees. Will supplement with breasts sir. The android app is not the best but the training data can be pushed to other services so it's not that important. To sink, I have to restart bt most of the time. No advanced training programs but there is also interval training. Charges a little over once a week (about 1 hour a day. Gps on high accuracy). Simple and nice to configure new sport modes and display. For my part, they would have liked to have skipped the color screen and invested in better contrast instead.

In addition to pulse measurement, functions as it should, optically from the wrist stops the function / display pulse as soon as you touch the wrist and when it shows "pulse" it becomes pure draw, with a constant pulse around 140 it shows everything between 80 and 220 and just as another wrote , it does not work the first 10 minutes, for me it shows 40-50 beats per minute when my resting heart rate is approx. 70th
Also has a heart rate band but it works just as bad except it generally shows approx. 10 beats a minute less than optical

Affordable watch with pulse measurement in the wrist that works well. Notice that there are good components for this. Switch from garmin to suunto and am satisfied.

The pulse watch from suunto is nice as a thousand, especially steel version. have tested different types of training and think it has performed well. The heart rate measurement was perfectly ok to be optical. So I do not have much to remark on the clock itself ..

    to the negative ..
The app is really bad, if compared to the fitbits app it's totally useless ..

an obvious feature for me is that you can go back a couple of days and see how many steps you've taken .. or how much calories you have burned in total for that day .. that feature is not even ..

and on, even the steps were not even recorded. how much I tried .. tried to contact the support at suunto..but did not get much help from there ..

so my advice .. buy a fitbit or polar instead
