Probably the most affordable processor yet. If you overclock it, it's even better than an i7 8700k without overclocking even though it's almost 1000kr cheaper.

It's a processor that does its thing. Nothing to complain about.
Has not tested to overclock it.

Tears of a star when I think they could send with a cooler.

Very good processor, very good overclocker, I got it easily to 5ghz stable with auto voltage, I would certainly have gone higher. 1193 points in Cinebench.

This is an amazing product. I'm running the processor @ 4.7ghz all cores at stock voltage and I have not passed 65 degrees on any stress test (Prime95, cinebench, 3DMark and CPU-Z). Ran prime95 for about 3 hours with 0 issues, seems very stable.

I'm sure I can hit 5ghz but it's absolutely unnecessary since all I do is play games at 1080p 60FPS, maybe try it in the future. Right now I'm just amazed by how much I was able to overclock at stock voltage. Coffee lake is the way to go for gaming.

Oh and by the way, I'm not even using fancy cooling; I have a Cryorig H5 ultimate and still ALWAYS under 65 while stress testing.

    10/10 product by intel.

Works very well! Upgraded from an OC 3570K at 4.4ghz, was a bit unsure if I really would notice a big difference in games as there are shared opinions about it on other forums.

However, chose to bet anyway and what a difference it became!

Drive the most VR and in VR Mark you could see an incredible performance boost, from avg 140fps to avg 240fps! That's huge difference! Can add that I have a GTX1080 and apparently you could get more out of it with better processor.

Will the OC new 8600k later and run the same test again, suspects it is possible to squeeze out some with FPS.

    Highly recommended!

Really nice and fast CPU. Stable at 5.1GHz all cores without meck. 1.29V and good air cooler. PUBG flows like butter.
