Works absolutely wonderful. Stopped and weighed for half a year if it really was worth upgrading from 5820K, but it was! Purchased for photogrammetry, physics simulation in COMSOL and ... a huge dose of WANT factor.

    + 60 PCIe 3.0 directly from the CPU (!).
+ Soldered dies against IHS, as it should be. <3
+ Really effective power-saving features, the platform draws ~ 50 watts less in idle ... And do not spend much time off it, hehehe. Do not forget to enable AMD's Power Profile.
    - Brand new mount mechanism, not compatible with either AM4, 2011-3 or 1151, adapters to 3D print, but remember to use heat-resistant plastic.

Not noticed by any incompatibility with games so far or requirements for "Game Mode".

Run along with Zenith Extreme and 32 GB (4x8 GB) Corsair V. 2400 MHz CL14 from the 5820K time, did not mind buying RAM at this time ...
Terribly satisfied, clearly worth some daily salaries. Equivalent to a vacation abroad. Hmm ... Time saved only on COMSOL is already several days ... Whatever makes me code better at night.

Looking around for a long time, what can I say. A monster. Minar monero in the background to everyday life, feels no performance app. If I want to cure properly, I can open a new stream profile from windows to play games or rendering 3D. Best 9 salmon I spent.

16 kernels and 32 threads. Can not be described how good this CPU works in multitasking. Just watching 32 buckets jump around flashy when rendering in 3D's max is a delight to the eye! Can only recommend and do not understand why to buy an Intel CPU today? Overpriced and panicked in Ryzen and Threadripper

Absolutely crazy multilayered performance! May see what Intel is responding to when AMD is back.
