Smoothie is all you need for a great breakfast

Get your day off to a great start!

Hotel breakfasts are great, but nothing beats a homemade breakfast. Making a really good and healthy breakfast doesn’t have to be time consuming or difficult. Proper kitchen appliances and well-chosen ingredients are the key.
A freshly squeezed juice is both luxurious and refreshing. Making your own orange juice is always nice but berries, vegetables and a lot of other fruits are also nice to add to the juice press or juice extractor. One tip is to make some extra orange juice and use it as a base in a smoothie. For example this one:
For 2 people

  • 1.41 cups orange juice 
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 0.7 cups raspberries
  • 0.7 cups strawberries
  • 1 big banana 
Add all the ingredients, apart from the passion fruit, in a mixer and mix it until the smoothie is smooth. Pour out the passion fruit and use it as topping when serving. For some extra luxury, serve the smoothies in nice glasses.

If you want something tasty to go with the smoothie try a toasted sandwich. With a sandwich toaster you can transform even the dullest of sandwiches to a delicious snack. Add a bit of pesto and a tomato slice or two, and voilà, your breakfast will be taken to a whole new level.
