In-Store Ratings are collected at the time of actual purchases in each shop.

In addition to rating the actual purchase experience, customers can also rate the delivery and handling of any complaints / return claims. These ratings can be anonymous because the person providing them need not be a member of PriceSpy.

This type of rating requires that the shop install PriceSpy's solution for the collection of In-Store Ratings.

Ratings with the text "Purchase experience ratings" means that the rating is given in connection with a purchase. The customer who provided the rating may later also rate the delivery and handling of any complaints / return claims. These events are indicated with "Delivery ratings", or "Return and service ratings".

The rating on the far left is the customer's overall opinion about their purchase.
