I have dealt with dick smith who are basically kogan, and I would not wish there warranty service on my worst enemy I bought 2 refurbished iPhone both died within a month and six weeks later I am still fighting to get the second one sent. There are no phone numbers to call and every email is replied to you the next day no matter how quickly you answer their email. Service is absolutely disgusting DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR KOGAN

First, I've moved / deleted your other two posts that were substantially identical and in other topics. They're all saying the same thing, but the post I kept was the best / most comprehensive. The others are just unnecessary.

But yes, I've seen other things saying they're not much good, and their reviews on here are no good either... I hope you can get it all sorted.

They've always been a terrible company, but since being bought by that dodgy guy, DSE has been a scam and a half. They do drop-shipped parallel imports, if I recall. Either way, I agree - definitely avoid them. Customer service aside, they are very shady companies.

Chiming in here, Can't comment on the 'reformed' DSE / Kogan but back in the day my Galaxy S2 had a battery drain issue with a leaking capacitor. They handled the warranty my local store, turns out the repair was $350 or so NZD.

Ever since DSE being acquired by Kogan I have been very hesitant to shop at DSE since they're now an online store, and the consensus seems to be they get a bad wrap.

I wish you the best of luck in your warranty claim.

Edit: They paid $350 for repairs B)

I have had pretty good experiences with them in terms of warranty. They replaced our milk frother within a week including shipping, just had to send a photo of it with the cord cut.
