Looking to buy some Sony WH1000-XM3s at this store as it is consistently listed as the cheapest. Pricespy doesn't have any store reviews so it's hard to gauge what they're like. Has anyone bought anything off this store? What was it like? And are their products provided with a NZ warranty?

They're also on Trade Me (https://www.trademe....?member=5412906) and have adequate feedback there. They are a registered NZ company, with a director with an NZ address (note, the director's address, not a business address). However a GMail account and a cellphone number are the only contact information given.

Their T&Cs claim a 1 year warranty, except for open box / demo / refurbs etc, or if the listing says otherwise. I'm guessing they're parallel importing, so usually no official support or warranty from manufacturers.

Ah I see, looks like they've got a lot of good feedback on Trademe. And yeah, it sounds like they're parallel importing. Thank and appreciate your help LinuxUser! :)
