Jade, I got one straight away when I text to say I was disputing my payment with paypal.  He offered to refund my money so long as closed the dispute, which I did.  Unfortunately I didn't realize that once you do that you can't lodge a new one and he knew that.

I would like to know that if price spy have been removing negative feedback, what accountability do that have in this?  If the negative feedback had been left up for people to see then it wouldn't have gotten this bad.  I believe part of the blame is price spy for doing that and still having them up as a recommended store to buy from.  I'm currently getting my bank to fight it on my behalf but I doubt I'l get my $1780 back.

I have not heard back from the admins, but that's probably because no one who can answer the question has actually seen it. I'll ask a bit harder tomorrow.

I doubt PriceSpy has been removing negative feedback. For a start, it would cause massive issues with user trust, for obvious reasons – and no website is going to be profitable without adequate users. Secondly, as of writing this, there are 14 one-star reviews, right at the top, with only one better review mixed in (immediately after the first one-star review), and the oldest two are late February and early April – which is rather a lot to leave and a long time to leave them there if you're removing negative reviews.

What is price spy going to do about Roy Li rebranding his website to sinotech.co.nz?

Well, now that you've notified us, it might be actually possible to do something about it. I honestly have no idea what will be done, or even what can be done. Interesting to note that the Companies registration is not under the name Roy Li, but someone else Li. I'll pass this on.

Edit: Here's something interesting that I've just seen on Pro1 Digital's Companies Register page:

This Company currently has Liquidators, Receivers or Voluntary Administrators appointed
There are outstanding filing obligations in relation to this companys insolvency
Company Status: In Liquidation
Liquidation from 20 May 2015

No wonder there's been trouble of late with that happening now!

Hey guys. Sinotech has been removed from PriceSpy. I'm sorry for the delay in a reply.
