I'm looking to buy a second hand laptop, that can play games, mostly indie games.

Will be on the move a lot, but don't need/want gaming laptop just for a year.

Well, more recent CPUs should be more efficient and therefore give better battery life (or alternatively, performance). And a more recent laptop probably has a newer battery too, which will do the same. The best Intel integrated GPUs are the ones in the Intel HM / HQ CPUs, and in fact I think they're better than AMD ones too. Of course, an Intel quad core would be nice too. But unfortunately you're probably not likely to get either in that price range.
