For the whole, list it under Desktops -> No Monitor with RAM set to 0, and mention in the description that it does not have any RAM or OS. Give the main specifications, and separately give the included parts (with part / model names).
For parts, give the main specifications as well as part / model names, and as I suggested before, probably try listing the CPU and mobo together at least initially.
