Yes, that looks like a pretty good choice. However, note that the useful response time is more like 5 ms rather than 1 ms – it can achieve 1 ms for some colour changes but with significant overshoot, so it is best to turn overdrive down slightly (https://www.tftcentr.../lg_27gl850.htm). I suspect that most IPS monitors will have similar response times, especially as I believe there aren't actually that many different actual panels used.
