Has anyone purchased from electronicbazaar.co.nz? Their prices are fantastic but is strange that price spy do not list them. One example is they sell a Sony A77 camera kit for $2147 whereas pricespy lists it for $3300. Has anyone purchased fom them before? Any help would be much appreciated.

Dodgy,

Quick google search and got multiple people complaining about being scammed by them.
Also, they're hosted on a nameserver that's linked with spam sites by the looks of it... so yeah scam.

About what I expected. Generally, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I ordered a Canon 5d Mark 3 body off their store and paid nearly $4000 into their westpac account in NZ and was little scared after reading this thread but surprisingly camera did turn up on friday. Camera did look genuine and canon confirmed with the serial number is a Hongkong one. It doesnt have Canon NZ warranty as it is imported but it does have local NZ seller warranty. I also didnt had to pay any import fees or GST. Cheapest one i could find in the shop for $4850
I ma happy with my purchase and porbably will buy again if they offer me cheapst prices on Canon Lenses and other gear.

I just ordered a Nikon 3200 at electronicbazaar.co.nz and received the camera and an invoice of customs, tried contacting electronicbazaar.co.nz but nobody home of course this shop is just a big scam and I recommend NOT to buy from these cowboys.
electronicbazaar.co.nz and electroniscbazaar.com.au are one and the same and is just one big scam. BEWARE. Goods are just shipped from Hong Kong so you won't have NZ warranty either, they did provide me with an invoice which states includes GST well not really. I also have informed the IRD of this and they told me they will look into this company

I'm not surprised. They just try to let them get through Customs without the item being noticed most likely.

I have used Electronic Bazaar twice once to purchase a Pentax lens and once for the Fuji EX1 and zoom lens. The items arrived, albeit slightly slowly, but not outrageously so. The goods were what I ordered and they delivered them where I wanted them to, so no real complaint. although I must admit i got a bit of a turn when reading the negative posts after ordering the first item.
